An open-plan interior

Three minutes’ walk from Jiyuugaoka station’s main entrance, you’ll find the Luz Jiyuugaoka shopping mall.

Head down the stairs to B1 and you’ll see T’s Restaurant. Although it’s a completely vegan restaurant which never uses animal ingredients, there are so many dishes which non-vegans will find delicious, too.

The shop has a bright, welcoming atmosphere, which reflects its slogan – “the dining table of the sun and earth”.

The open kitchen in the middle of the restaurant.

A warm and bustling atmosphere you’ll want to revisit again and again

“Whenever people come here, they always talk about the food,” Masako tells us happily.

When they start eating, a lot of people discuss the dishes – saying “is there really no meat in this?”, or “I wonder what they made this with”.

Classic dishes, vegan style.

Masako says she starts by coming up with dishes that everyone can eat, or that she and others like to eat, then turning it into a menu.

“The demi gras and white sauces, as well as the curry, were all really tricky to make without animal products.”

Here are the dishes T’s Restaurant recommends!

T’s doesn’t use animal products in any of its dishes. And yet, there are even customers who don’t realize that when they’re eating!
